What this covers
This policy covers the Agnodice website. It does not describe how Agnodice will handle patient information once it operates; that will be set out in agreements with practices.
What the contact form collects
The form collects your name, work email, organization and message. We use them only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of it.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and builds no advertising profiles. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark mode choice, if you make one.
IP addresses
To limit abuse, the form briefly uses a keyed hash of your IP address to count requests. It is not stored with your message.
Who processes the data
Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting
We keep a message while it is needed to respond and as a record of the conversation. To have your message deleted, ask us through the contact form.
Patient information
Do not send patient information or any other health information through this site. If you send it by mistake, tell us through the contact form so we can delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
